Sales are important but the service is what is important and they service not only what they sell but also service other brands...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Moto Kave to have some repairs done on my bike. Vince, and his team fixed my mirrors, rim, chain, and pedals with great care and attention to detail. I was impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that Vince displayed throughout the entire process. He clearly knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

Not only was the repair work top-notch, but the customer service at Moto Kave was outstanding. Vince went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done on my bike. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly.

Overall, I had an awesome experience at Moto Kave and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality bike repairs. Thanks again to Vince and the team at Moto Kave for the great work and excellent customer service!

My experience in this shop was notably excellent. I was impressed with the showroom selection, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I ended up purchasing my daughter a gotrax xr escooter here for a great price. All my questions were answered in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and it was an easy relaxed purchase i made with confidence. 5 stars -easy decision

My wife and I were looking into purchasing a couple kid sized ATV's for our little guys as Christmas gifts. We were on the fence whether to buy gas or electric and where to buy, online or in store.

We were introduced to Vince at MotoKave and he made the whole process a breeze. We ended up buying two TaoTao Boulder B1's which came with all the options were had been looking for in various models and they came in our kids favorite colors. The price has half of what the big box store in London was asking for a similar sized model with a smaller engin. Vince had them assembled, tested and even loaded them into my truck. The overall experience was 10/10 and we will be back.

This place is great! The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. They have an in house mechanic and financing. Lots of selection to choose from. Would highly recommend!

If you are in Southern Ontario and looking for anything ebike or offroad. This is a great place to stop. They take care of all from sales to service and truly put the customer first. I use to go as far as kitchener for service but now having moto kave local is a game changer for anyone interested in ebikes.

Vince was professional and very helpful in helping me deal with Rad Bikes so that I could receive a replacement bike for one that I had purchased directly from Rad. He even delivered the bike!! Fantastic service and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at getting an electric bike and needing service work.
